Jenis-Jenis Informasi Berdasarkan Sifatnya - Informasi sanggup kita peroleh dari banyak sekali sumber. Informasi yang kita dapatkan juga mempunyai sifat yang berbeda-beda. Kali ini kita akan membahas jenis-jenis warta menurut sifatnya. Dari segi sifat dan uraiannya, warta sanggup dibedakan menjadi :
1. Informasi bersifat faktual,
2. Informasi bersifat opini atau konsep,
3. Informasi bersifat pemerian/perincian.
Berikut yaitu klarifikasi lebih lanjut wacana ketiga jenis warta tersebut.

1. INFORMASI BERSIFAT FAKTUAL

Yang dimaksud informasi bersifat faktual adalah warta yang berisi fakta-fakta,  peristiwa nyata dan sanggup dibuktikan.
Informasi faktual sanggup dibedakan menjadi fakta umum dan fakta khusus.

a.  Fakta umum,
Yaitu warta yang berisi fakta yang masih umum, belum teruraikan secara khusus wacana nama tempat, objek peristiwa, pelaku, dan sebagainya.
Contoh :
- Budi gres pulang dari Amerika.
- Terjadi pencurian di sebuah rumah. Pencuri itu berhasil mengambil barang-barang berharga milik penghuni rumah.

b. Fakta khusus,
Yaitu warta yang berisi insiden atau insiden yang dijelaskan secara terperinci atau detail.
Contoh :
- Budi gres pulang dari Amerika, kini Ayah, Ibu serta adiknya sedang menjemput di Bandara.
- Terjadi pencurian di sebuah rumah. Pencuri itu berhasil mengambil barang-barang berharga milik penghuni rumah berupa 40 gram emas, 1 unit TV serta uang 200 juta rupiah.

2. INFORMASI BERSIFAT OPINI ATAU KONSEP

Informasi bersifat opini  adalah warta yang masih merupakan pendapat, pikiran atau pendirian seseorang wacana sesuatu.
Contoh Opini  :
- Remaja kini tidak memperhatikan sopan santun, mungkin itu pengaruh dari sinetron.

Sedangkan Konsep yaitu ide atau pengertian yang diabstrakkan dari insiden konkret.

Contoh konsep :
- PUPNS yaitu sistem yang dibentuk pemerintah untuk pendaftaran ulang pegawai negeri sipil di seleuruh Indonesia.

3. INFORMASI BERSIFAT PEMERIAN

Informasi bersifat pemerian dipakai untuk menjelaskan sesuatu yang bersifat uraian khusus. Biasnya penulis menjabarkan klarifikasi khusus tersebut secara menyamping atau horizontal atau ke ke bawah secara vertikal.
Uraian khusus yang berupa penyebutan berbentuk kata atau frasa umumnya ditulis secara horizontal atau melebar dari kiri ke kanan. Namun ada juga perincian yang berupa unsur-unsur atau bab yang berbentuk kalimat.

Contoh rincian berbentuk kalimat ditulis berbentuk satuan-satuan secara vertikal.

- Hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan sebelum pulang kampung yaitu sebagai berikut :
(1) Persiapkan barang-barang yang akan dibawa,
(2) Servis kendaraan,
(3) Kunci pintu rumah yang akan ditinggalkan,
(4) Berangkat pagi-pagi untuk menghindari kemacetan.
