Menyampaikan Pengumuman

Menyampaikan Pengumuman - Pengumuman yaitu pesan atau informasi yang  disampaikan kepada umum/publik. Sedangkan berdasarkan Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) pengumuman yaitu hal yang di umumkan; pemberitahuan; dan pemakluman. Pengumuman yang baik hendaknya memakai bahasa yang singkat, padat, dan gampang dipahami. Dengan penggunaan kalimat yang efektif, maka pengumuman akan lebih gampang untuk di pahami.

Kali ini kita akan membahas bahan memberikan pengumuman yang terdapat pada kelas VII semester 1. Sebelum kita menulis atau memberikan pengumuman kita harus mengetahui beberapa hal wacana pengumuman. Berikut yaitu beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam pengumuman :

Pengumuman terdiri dari dua macam, yaitu pengumuman resmi dan pengumuman tidak resmi, untuk sanggup membedakanya perhatikan rujukan pengumuman di bawah ini :

PAMERAN SENI AKHIR TAHUN 

Tim Ekskul Kesenian Sekolah Menengah Pertama Ma'arif  NU 3 jatinegara, akan kembali  menggelar seluruh karya  siswanya dalam Pameran Akhir Tahun. Tidak hanya karya yang bekerjasama dengan kerajinan tangan, tetapi karya aneh dan penampilanpun akan digelar. Seluruh siswa dibutuhkan mempersiapkan diri.  
Pameran akan digelar pada tanggal 20-27 Desember  2015 di Halaman Sekolah Menengah Pertama Ma'arif NU 3 Jatinegara. Pameran kali ini akan mengusung tema “Back To Nature”.  
Segera persiapkan karyamu, dan tunjukan bahwa kau bisa..!!! :)

Dari kedua rujukan pengumuman di atas kita sanggup menemukan perbedaan antara pengumuman resmi dan tidak resmi. Untuk membedakannya kita perhatiakn ciri-ciri pengumuman resmi yaitu :
1. Pengumuman resmi ditulis lengkap dengan KOP.
2. Pengumuman resmi dikeluarkan oleh instansi atau organisasi tertentu.
3. Pengumuman resmi mempunyai Nomor Pengumuman
4. Pengumuman resmi ditulis dengan bahasa baku.

Sedangkan pengumuman tidak resmi, mempunyai ciri sebagai berikut :
1. Pengumuman tidak resmi tidak memliki KOP.
2. Pengumuman tidak resmi sanggup dikeluarkan oleh semua kalangan
3. Pengumuman tidak resmi tidak memerlukan Nomor Pengumuman
4. Pengumuman tidak resmi boleh ditulis dengan bahasa tidak baku


Berdasarkan media penyampainnya pengumuman sanggup dibedakan menjadi :
1. Tertulis maupun lisan
2. Media cetak ataupun elektronik
3. Ditempelkan ditempat umum
4. Dibacakan oleh orang lain ataupun yang bersangkutan
